DIY Healthy Salad Dressings

1.Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp fresh finely chopped mint leaves

Method:
Combine all citrus elements such as orange juice,vinegar,grapefruit juice,lemon juice and lime juice in a jar and while whisking the mixture add olive oil to it. Add the walnuts and cheese and stir again. Finally add salt and pepper to taste if required.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dry mustard

Method:

Add olive oil, vinegar, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard and sugar in a bowl and blend. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the mixture until chill and serve.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup virgin olive oil
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 crushed clove garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
In a jar, combine all the ingredients including olive oil, vinegar,garlic cloves, oregano and mustard. Shake until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate until it is ready to serve.

In a jar or other container with a tight lid, combine all ingredients such as dry mustard, pepper, tomato paste, olive oil, vinegar and onion, shake it up and serve.
