Hi, I am on liquid diet and I want to know which is the best fruity drink out of Alabama slammer and red Russian? I have not tried anyone out of them and my friend says Alabama is much better then red Russian for the liquid diet. She has tried lot of fruity drinks and she says that somehow the taste of fruity drinks is similar but Alabama has a very different taste and good for health as well and I should try it. I want to take a second opinion before I try this. So what you people think about is the best?
