You can make apple juice in different ways. You can either peel the skin or use it as it is. Most of the people remove the skin and make apple juice. Apple skin does have nutritional value, but using the skin would make the juice taste a little bad. Moreover, as apple skin could contain residues of chemicals or other harmful substances, some people peel off the skin. So, it is purely a personal choice whether to make the juice with or without skin.
The normal way to make pure apple juice is to chop them into pieces and remove the seeds if any. Then, put the chopped pieces in a blender, add sugar or honey or agave nector and add 200 ml of water. For 1 apple, you can add 200 ml of water. If you are using apples with skin, then strain the juice finally.
Even though apples are nutritious, sometimes the taste of apples are quite bland. So, to add an extra punch you could add orange or pineapple or grapes to it and make the juice in the similar way. This variation is purely a personal choice and would add extra flavor and taste to the juice. You can also make smoothies with apple juice by using cold almond milk or fresh yogurt. All you need to do is, instead of water, you need to use milk or yogurt and blend the apples. You can make some variations by adding chopped dates, or carrots, or bananas.
