Can somebody please provide me with Atkins food list?


I eat meal 5 times a day in moderate quantity and I drink plenty of water, but still this obstinate problem of my life, overweight, doesn't seem to set me off. I have heard many good things about Atkins foods; thereby, I want to know more about Atkins food list, as I am quite interested in commencing with it now. Could someone please advise me about its mechanism as to how it works on fat? In addition, if there has to be a specific time for its intake. Please suggest. Thanks.

The Atkins diet food list is absolutely necessary in order to be successful on this diet. This list will be your Bible for eating during crucial induction phase especially when you are converting your body from carb and sugar burning to a fat burning metabolism type. Fortunately- Dr. Atkins and Atkins Institute have outlined exactly what you can and can’t eat while starting on this low carb diet. Below are some of the foods which you can try out for yourself:-

1. Meats including:- tuna, chicken, oysters, beef , salmon, turkey, mussels, pork, sole, duck, lobsters, lamb, trout, goose, bacon, flounder, game hens, shrimp, ham.

2. Salad Greens/Vegetables:- Alfalfa sprouts, daikon, mushrooms, chives, arugula, endive, parsley, lettuce, bok choy, escarole, peppers, romaine, celery, fennel, radicchio, sorrel, chicory, mache.

3. Vegetables:- artichoke, hearts, celery root, pumpkin, asparagus, chard, sauerkraut, bamboo shoots, collard greens, scallions, snow peas, dandelion, spaghetti squash, bean sprouts, beet greens, eggplant, hearts of palm, broccoli, string beans, wax beans, Brussels sprouts.

I am sure the above mentioned food will help you to cut down on your fat!
