Which are the authentic spice mixtures that are used in the indian cuisine spices?

I am searching for the indian cuisine spices in particular.Which are the authentic spice mixtures that are used in the indian cuisine spices? I am familiar with some of the common Indian spices used there, but can't seem to get my mixtures spicy enough (as in hot) and right too, when I am trying to use them in my non-veg recipes. What would you like to suggest me about these Indian Cuisine spices? Do share all the spice mixtures available in the market along with an adulterated versions. What i should keep in my mind before buying these?

There are several authentic Indian spice mixtures which can be prepared at home and can also be stored or refrigerated for later use. One such mixture is 'Raechad Masala' which can be used to marinate fish or meat and also can be used in a curry as a main spice mix. Well, you will be needing a lot of ingredients to prepare it. Here's the list - White vinegar,15 dry red chilies, 1 tbsp black peppercorns, 2 tsps coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 12-15 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, a ball-sized lump of tamarind (with seeds removed) and salt according to the taste. Let's come to its preparation now: Mix all the ingredients in the food processor except vinegar. Let the ingredients form a thick paste and then add vinegar after some time. The other spice mixture is named 'Vindaloo Masala' which is particularly used in a pork curry but can also be used with chicken. The preparation of this paste will be same as of Raechad Masala but you can go through the ingredients needed to prepare. Note down the ingredients you need to buy for this. 2 large chopped onions, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garam masala, 4 dry red chilies, 2 tsps coriander seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 6-8 black peppercorns,White vinegar. I'm sure you will find these mixtures fiery hot to make spicy Indian cuisines.
