I tried to find out about the mushroom-free beef stroganoff recipe, the authentic german one but was disappointed. Is any one of you is aware of the recipe for the mushroom-free beef stroganoff recipe? My husband has been craving for the beef stroganoff from the last month, but I cnnot make it using the mushrooms because he hates mushrooms. And I don’t want to make the hamburger helper kind out of the stroganoff recipe. Does anyone of you guys know a good, full-fat, mushroom-free version can be made at ones own residence’s convenience?
