How can I get over my bad eating habits?

I want to lose around 10 kilos. I go to gym and enjoy doing exercise. The thing is that I eat too much and this is the reason that I am not able to lose weight. Can anyone tell me how can I get over my bad eating habits? Has anyone ever faced the same problem as I am facing. I need some inspiration.

Then for your next choice- try lean meat and avoid the chicken skin, eat the meat and try turkey for a reduced fat meat.At night also you may eat whole wheat bread and meat or drink soy milk. Add a few tofu bits instead of cheese in-order to stabilize your weight. When you start feeling hungry, munch on salad greens for a full tummy. Drink water to reduce bloating and gas formation and for a healthy stomach and for bowel movement.
