Can I bake the potatoes recipes at 325 degrees instead of 375 degree?

My husband likes the potatoes a lot and I have seen a potato recipe for him to cook. In the video the host baked it at 375 degrees but I want to bake it at 325 degrees oven with a ham. Can anyone tell me what will be changes that I need to follow and for how long I have to cook my scalloped potato recipe in it? Can I add some extra cheese in it as my husband likes cheese a lot? Will the combination of potato and cheese make the calories level go high?

  • I think it would be fine. Just keep watch on them. It’ll just take a bit longer I would guess for the potatoes to be tender. I don’t think there’s anything better than adding extra cheese (I can’t eat it anymore>sad face<) but be aware that it definitely does pack more calories into the meal. I used to eat cheese all the time and I can't believe how much until I started getting sick and found out I'm allergic to a bunch of foods. Enjoy your potatoes!
