It is necessary to bind children in some sort of food habit that they should always follow while they grow up or in later life. It is seen that because of habit of eating fast tor junk foods from childhood along with doing not much physical activities( playing video games in spare time) American kids face problem like early obesity. This obesity creates huge problems for them in later life. It brings hypertension, blood sugar, nerve disease and musculoskeletal problems before they reach even the age of 40. So, build up a nice fat free food habit for them already.
Tell them or compel them to get rid of fatty milks, cheese, cakes, junk foods and eating red meat. Also tell your kids not to sit idle in spare time. They should join in to some sport activities like playing baseball. If they do some small type of physical activities early in the morning like jogging regularly, that will also be very good. Parents also can join them. Rolling in to swimming club will also be very good for their health. You must give them fat free tasty foods like yogurt in the breakfast. Make them grow up a habit of eating chicken and fish preparations for lunch and diner. Small meals 5/6 times a day will help them to develop a better metabolism. Check out so that they can drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water per day.
