Is the Betty's Sunday morning recipe of sausage and gravy is a healthy recipe?

Last night I was watching betty’s Sunday morning recipe of sausage and gravy recipe. The ingredient which she used was quite unhealthy as I believe. I am wondering that the gravy which she made was really fat free or not? What do you think about this kind of recipes which we usually see on YouTube? Do you think these recipes are good enough? Is the recipe really healthy and I am getting tensed without any reason?

I believe that these recipes are really great from both health point of view and from the taste. I think you have missed the ingredients and the proper procedure of making it, that’s why you are getting doubtful about it. I will surely present you a clear picture about how to make this. The basic ingredients that you will need for this are frozen ready-to-bake biscuits, about ¼ cup flour, half cup milk and about two cups water. Initially you need to heat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the biscuits by spreading both sides of each of the biscuits with extra virgin olive oil. After that you need to place the biscuits in a baking pan. Now, slice the sausage into 1/2 slices. Heat an iron skillet and place the slices in a single layer. Allow the sausage to get brown. Be sure to check biscuits in the oven occasionally. After this you need to prepare the gravy. Drain grease from the skillet leaving all sausage crumbs for flavor. Add about 1/3 cup flour to the skillet and a cup of water. Stir these together. Continue to stir the gravy, until smooth. Add salt to taste and cook until the flour is cooked thoroughly. Remove sausage slices to a serving plate for serving. The best way is to accompany this breakfast with fruit juice, few orange slices and coffee. Go for it as this is a healthy option to look for. Enjoy.
