How do I make the blood and sand whisky drinks at home?

I am providing the recipe of how to make whisky Flip recipe. Take 2/3 oz brandy, 3 - 4 dashes Cointreau orange liqueur, 3/4 oz cream, 2 oz sugar syrup, 3 egg yolk, 5 oz whisky, 2 pinch nutmeg. Just shake brandy, cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice cubes in a small shaker. Strain into a whisky flute, and carefully fill with champagne. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve. This is the best drink that I have ever consumed.
