What is the bulgarian recipes and techniques for sweets specially for kozunak? How do I make it? What else will I be needing to make the kozunak other than the one kilos of plain flour, one cup of milk, one small cup of sugar, six or more eggs, two hundred grams of oil and melted butter, yeast of about 25c, some grated lemon skin,a few drops of the lemon juice and some vanilla essence? Am I missing something? What other accessories and ingredients will I need?

    The Ingredients for preparing of bulgarian recipes for sweets specially for kozunak is as follows. 1 kg of plain flour, 1 cup of milk, 1 Ѕ of cups sugar, more than 6 eggs 200gms of oil which should be melted butter, Yeast for the 25c, Grated the lemon skin, Few drops of lemon juice, Vanilla essence. The cooking Directions are. Dissolve the sugar in the warm milk. Mix the yeast with 1/3 cup of the warm water, sugar milk solution, 1 cup of the flour and then leave in the warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes to just rise. Place the flour in one big bowl, make it well and then add yeast mixture, well just beaten 6 eggs, sugar milk solution, lemon skin and the drops, vanilla, stirring it with some spoon until it just becomes soft dough. Knead well with the oiled hands until the oil or butter finishes and then bubbles appear in texture of dough. Leave your Kozunak for about 1 to 2 hours in one warm place. Then just put in oiled trays with some different size and the shape (round, rectangular, heart shaped) and then put on the top 35 of coloured boiled eggs. Bake it in preheated oven 2000 C for about 30 to 40 minutes or then until it is golden brown.
