What is the bulgarian recipes and techniques for sweets specially for kozunak? How do I make it? What else will I be needing to make the kozunak other than the one kilos of plain flour, one cup of milk, one small cup of sugar, six or more eggs, two hundred grams of oil and melted butter, yeast of about 25c, some grated lemon skin,a few drops of the lemon juice and some vanilla essence? Am I missing something? What other accessories and ingredients will I need?
