It is estimated that alcohol contains an average of 7 calories per gram. It’s closer to fats, which have 9 calories per gram than carbohydrates and proteins, which contain 4 calories per gram.
But if you want to calculate how many calories are in each drink, you should bear in mind that higher alcohol content, the more calories they contain. For example, light beer or low calorie has a blood alcohol level of 3%. The normal or black beers have an alcohol content of between 3 and 8%. The alcohol content of wine is between 8 and 13%, approximately, being lowest average among white wines among the reds. Distilled spirits in the amounts and calories soar, reaching concentrations between 30 and 96%. For example, such as sherry sweet liqueurs contain 40 to 50% alcohol, whiskey and brandy, containing about 40% and spirits drinks known as Marc, reach 96%.
In the table below I offer a range of drinks with which you can take the account for each drink that you drink (30 ml):
Bloody Mary. Alcohol 12%, 23.2 calories.
Pina Colada. Alcohol 12%, 58.2 calories.
Tequila. Alcohol 14%, 34.3 calories.
Geneva tonic. Alcohol 9%, 22.8 calories.
Daiquiri. Alcohol 28%, 55.5 calories.
