I am a working woman and I never pay more attention on what I eat and don’t have any fix time for eating. This habit of mine has leaded me to increase my weight and now I want to maintain my diet. So I want to know that how can I know the calories in food I eat. Can I get any calories intake calculator which can tell me the amount of calorie intake in a day? Also tell me what is the minimum calorie intake that one must take in a day?
