Can somebody help me with carbohydrates food list?

I am an athlete and I love exercising. I usually consume a lot of energy drinks to keep myself energetic all day long after strenuous workouts, and I have been regular with energy drinks such as Rock Star and Red Bull. However, I don’t want to be confined to certain energy drinks only, therefore, I would want to know about carbohydrates food list from you guys, so that I decide some appropriate food items for myself. Can somebody please help?
