Would anybody care to share their good, simple bread recipes for a desert? I want to make some new and innovative breads using my regular household oven for the deserts. So please advise and guide me accordingly, can I use some butter, sugar, cinnamon and pecans as the main ingredients? Can you show me how can I, along with my stated ingredients, get hold of some other luscious ingredients and marry them to make some awesome breads at home, which I can serve absolutely piping hot in the winters to my family?

The best option for you people would be chocolate custard bread pudding dessert and the recipe of the same would be as follows-

Ingredients needed for the chocolate custard bread pudding dessert:-

    Milk – (2 cups),

    White sugar- (3/2 cup),

    Ground cinnamon- (1, 1/3 teaspoon),

    Eggs, beaten- (3),

    Squares unsweetened chocolate- (57 grams),

Few days old bread cubes-( 3 cups),

    Vanilla extract-(1, 1/3 teaspoon),

    Chopped walnuts-(1 cups),

    Ground nutmeg-(1 teaspoon).

    Method-

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. It will be followed by taking a double boiler and heat together the milk and chocolate until chocolate is melted. Then in a 10×15 inch oven baking bag, combine 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and mix in the bread and nuts. Now beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract blend together with chocolate mixture and mix very smoothly. Place bag in 1/4 loaf pan and pour chocolate mixture over bread. It will be quickly followed by close bag with twist tie and make 6 1/2 inch slits on top. Now pour water into pan so that water comes up sides of bag, not overflowing. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. To serve, remove from pan, cut bag away from top and put on plate. It is ready to eat.
