To make cheese pizza at home you need:
Pizza dough: 1
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic- Sliced3-4 cloves
Cheddar cheese: 1cup (shredded)
Mozzarella cheese: ½ cups (shredded)
Italian herbs (basil and oregano): 1 ½ tablespoon
Red pepper flakes: 1/2 tablespoon
Process:
Take pizza dough and spread it evenly in greased pizza pan. Take olive oil and spread it on pizza dough evenly with the help of a brush. Now sprinkle sliced garlic over the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Now sprinkle Italian herbs (oregano and basil) and red pepper flakes over the cheese. Bake this pizza for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Bake till the crust becomes brown, crispy and cheese starts bubbling. Cut into 8 pieces and serve hot.
Tips:
In case pizza dough is not available you can prepare it at home as well. Take 3 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 2 cups of warm water, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix yeast in warm water. Mix flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture in a bowl. Bind well and make dough. Keep this dough for 1 or 2 hours at place where the temperature is around 20-24 degree C. Use this pizza dough to make yummy cheese pizza at home.
