Yes chicken jalfarezi is one of the indian healthy food recipes. I am going to tell you a chicken jalfarezi which you can make in very less time. The ingredient are 3 table spoon full of ground cumin (jeera),3 table spoon full of ground coriander, 5 table spoon full of grated fresh ginger (adrak),51 gms fresh coriander leaves which should be roughly chopped, chicken, oil (tel) for cooking Heat up about 2 table spoon of oil in a very deep frying pot and then fry the onion and then garlic for 3 minutes over high flame of heat. Mix the chicken, turmeric, chili powder and salt. Fry it gently for 1-2 minutes or until golden.Turn the chicken frequently. Mix in 5 tomatoes, cover it and stir fry over medium heat up for 1 minutes. Uncover and simmer (boil slowly at very low temperature) for 2 minutes to let all the excess liquid evaporate and the sauce thicken. Mix in some ghee or oil, cumin, ground coriander, ginger and some fresh coriander and simmer (boil it slowly at low temperature) for 1-2 minutes or until the fat separates out from the thick sauce.Serve that chicken pieces with some sauce.
