Here are some very simple and healthy chicken soup recipes:
Ingredients:-
Rice :- 2 tablespoons, stock ( chicken, mutton) :- 4 cups, French beans :- 10,
Spring onions :- 2, Chickpeas :- 2 tablespoon, Green peas :-1/2, Cabbage :- ¼ small,
Boneless Chicken :- 150 grams, Tomatoes :- 2, Salt :- totaste.
Method:-
Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Drain and cook in fresh water till done, Cleanthe chicken or mutton and cut into ½ dices.
Boil them in salted water till done, Wash,string the French beans and chop them finely, Wash the green peas, Wash thespring onions under running water and chop them fine wash and finely chop thecabbage and tomatoes.
Wash the rice and cook it with thestock in a deep pan on a medium heat, Add all the prepared vegetables alongwith the green peas and chickpeas to the rice.
Cook till the rice is soft, add the boiledmutton or chicken dices and continue to cook till the soup is thick.
