What all will constitute the healthy eating for kids?

I am a mother of a child and my child is 10 years old. My child is school going and he is very much energetic and agile for his age. I want him to grow up in the best possible manner and excel in his studies and sports and for that to happen his eating habits will play a very vital role. I want to know from you as to what will constitute the healthy eating for kids? What all I should give to my child?

Well, healthy eating for kids is very vast topic that requires heck lot of time to discuss. I will recommend you to include green vegetables in your child's meal plan. For this you can try various green salad. You can also include fruits if you want to in those salads. If you want to have protein in your kid's meal you can also include meat or fish if your child eats non-vegetarian food items. For protein and calcium you can also try out various yogurts such as flavored ones, greek yogurt, frozen ones, etc. Here are some healthy eating recipes for kids which I cook and you can also try them like you can have artichoke and ripe oil tuna salad, bbq chicken sandwich, chicken and fruit salad, crab salad stuffed pitas, egg salad, greek tofu salad, egg's sandwich, pizza roll up and tuscan style tuna salad. Glad to help you. Enjoy and have a nice time ahead in life!
