What all things contribute to live foods?

The other day I read an article about live foods, and I could not stop myself from asking about it, as I have few queries regarding raw or live food. The article boasted a lot of things about raw food stating that it is good for health. I want to know how can our body take live food. Does live food comprise of veggies as well? If a busy person like me wants to turn to a live food diet, will it be convenient and easy thing to follow? I would really look forward to get an early response.

First of all you need to know as to what is live food basically. The plant based foods in their original, un-heated and uncooked state are considered to be raw and alive. Raw food can include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, grains and legumes in their original sprouted form, seaweed, microalgae such as the spirulina and chlorella and fresh juices.

These live foods are supposed to contain a wide range of vital life force nutrients like- vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oxygen and live enzymes. Their nutritional properties are essential for the proper maintenance of different human body functions. The benefits of going raw-vegan are numerous. These foods are easy to digest and provide the maximum amount of energy with minimal bodily effort. Studies have shown that living foods have healing powers that can alleviate many illnesses such as low energy, allergies, digestive disorders, weak immune system, high cholesterol, obesity, weight problems and much more. So you can go for such a diet at any time.

I guess this really helped.
