Can some cooking expert help me with some low fat cooking recipes?

My sister is quite wary about the food she eats, and since she is coming to stay with me for a week this weekend, I want to know about some low fat cooking recipes for her. Honestly, I have always found these salads insipidly boring, and therefore, I have never tried preparing them at home. This is the reason for me to ask from you guys if there are any tips for low fat cooking, sans salads. I would love to hear from you guys at the earliest.

Here are some of the low fat cooking recipes which you can try out for yourself.

1. A basic pizza Dough Recipe- Pizza is not a health food as such for sure but it's nice to indulge in this from time to time. The solution other than not eating pizza, is to make up your own. This means you get to control all the ingredients and you can get to eat it while it's hot. So here's a recipe for a basic pizza dough that will need no added fat.

2. The easy pumpkin cake- Most of the cake mixes have got a long list of ingredients that will usually begin with sugar but you can tweak the add ins in order to reduce the amount of your added fat and cholesterol in the finished cake. Plus a little amount of portion control will also help.

3. Sugar Cookies- These buttery-tasting cookies contain about half the butter which is called for in most sugar cookie recipes yet this produces a sweet and satisfying sugar cookie. Red and orange food colorings will give these cute little cookies an orange hue. Thanks for asking!
