Cooking over a hot campfire is one of those things in life that you cannot explain to someone who have never done it. Its a great way to warm up simple food like that, but it is also a useful way to cook an individual servings.Its advantage are that it is simple,no tools are required, easy to regulate some cooking by changing the position of food. Its disadvantage are only some foods can be cooked in this way, By using this way people tend to destroy environment collecting green sticks, often a lots of wasted food due to some dropping and burning. All those hot, pointed sticks and the flaming marshmallows can be dangerous.
