6 pound of pork roast
1 tbsp of hawaiian sea salt
1 tbsp of liquid smoke flavor
Method
Pierce pork with a fork. Rub salt and smoke over pork. Place roast on a slow cooker
Cook for 20 mins. Remove from cokker and add shred, adding dippings to moisten
