Can somebody tell me of a few delightfully healthy recipes?


My sister has come to stay with me for a week with her kids, and I am really excited about it! Nonetheless, my sister is a health conscious person, and so are her kids, therefore, I want to know about some healthy recipes, which I could prepare for them while their stint here at my home! I am a complete foodie, and I don’t like juices at all, nonetheless, I understand the significance of healthy food, but I am never able to adhere to it for long. Therefore, I want to know about some healthy recipes, which doesn’t deprive of taste, and in fact help me stick to it for a longer duration! Thanks.

I usually prepare these recipes for my family. Then some seafoodrecipes would be a nice option to go with. From there you can get the list of quick recipes, easy recipes and healthy recipes. Not only this you can also getthe ideas for desserts also which could nicely compliment the dinner. Here is my easy chickenbaked recipe that you can try at for the dinner. It goes like this. Theingredients required are chicken halves, Italian salad dressing, spinach, halfcup of cheese, 7 tomatoes ( sun dried ), loaf focaccia bread, quarter cup ofolive oil. Put the chicken breast and cup of salad dressing in a bowl. Marinatefor 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then heat the chicken for 8 minutes until thejuices run clear. Now in a bowl mix the baked chicken, cheese, spinach,sun-dried tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Now toast the bread on the grill with the help of olive oil.
