My brother too was a fat ass and one day he decided to get rid of itand went on a proper dieting. He had a diet chart which included food havingturkey in it as he also loves it. I offer you his recipe which he used toprepare for himself while on dieting
Ingredients
1lb of turkey, 1 cup of onion, 2 eggs, ½ cup of carrot, ¾ cupof oatmeal, 2tsp of italian seasoning, 1/8 tsp of pepper, tomato sauce, 2tbspof vinegar, 1garlic clove, 1tsp of agave
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring turkey, onion,egg,oatmeal, carrots and pepper together and mix well. Place this mixture in a pan.In another bowl mix tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic and agave. Spread thismixture over meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes and serve it hot.
