Can egg be added to the list of healthy food?

I am making a list of all the foods that are healthy and can be added to my list of healthy food. I was wondering if I can add egg to that list or not? I want to know can eggs be part of healthy diet? I know they are a very good source of protein but what about the cholesterol they have. Please tell me the essential egg nutrition.
