Can somebody elaborate on cancer fighting foods and their advantages?


Yesterday while reading an article about cancer in a health magazine, I came to know about some significant facts about cancer fighting foods. The article said that cancer fighting foods reduce the chances of getting cancer. It did not mention lot of things about cancer fighting foods, so I have come to you guys for detailed information about them. Can somebody please elaborate on the advantages of cancer fighting foods, and what all does it comprise of? I would really appreciate a prudent response. Thanks.

Additionally, your diet must have fruits such as apples, bananas, blueberries, pears, apricots, mangoes, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. You should also have a place for citrus and dry fruits in your diet. All such foods are considered cancer fighters in individuals, while the food is cooked in a healthy way.
