Could someone enlighten me on hcg food list?


I am struggling with my over weight problem for quite a while. One of my friends suggested me to include the diet from hcg food list in the daily diet plan. So I want to ask you people out there who have followed this list, if it is really effective! What would happen if I eat food, which are not in hcg food list during following the diet from this list? I would really appreciate your reviews regarding this food list. Thanks!

The HCG food list to buy vegetables that you will need 3 green bell pepper,5 tomatoes,3 onions,8 garlic heads,6 ounces of cilantro, 6 ounces of basil leaves,9 ounces of spinach, 9 head of lettuce,3 head of read or green cabbage,7 pound of asparagus,7 bunch of red radishes, pounds of green beans, 6 cucumbers,8 pound of okra, 45 ounces of seaweed, 2 pounds of zucchini, 7 bunch of arugula, 8 bunch of Bok-choy,9 ounces of Brussels sprout,3 head of cauliflower, 2 bunch of celery, 5 bunches of fennel, ½ pound of hearts of palm,5 pound of snow peas, 5 pound of yellow and winter squash. Please, be sure to wash them all properly and with Hydrochloric solution 5%. A bottle of 1 fluid ounces will be sufficient.
