I am a student of food science, and I am supposed to make a project on food analysis. Although it is not entirely about analysis of different foods, but it is going to be more about various methods applied for food analysis. I am looking for some books online, which could provide me an insight of food analysis, which would thus help me in my project work as well. Can somebody please enlighten me about some such books on food analysis? I shall be grateful to you people!
