A bowl of Steamed Potato

There are some summer foods that are made with the minimum addition of oil but are nutritious and tasty at the same time. These foods are very popular in Eastern India and are called as one-bowl dishes. The recipe of one-bowl dish includes one particular vegetable, I am going to share with you the popular potato recipe:

Ingredients

Chopped Potatoes

Green chilies

Poppy Seed Paste

Salt

Mustard Oil

Method

Mix all the above ingredients in a stir-fry pan and close it with a lid. Cook until the potatoes are tender
