Cabbage and black mushroom sauce

Cabbage tastes great with black mushrooms. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Black Mushrooms

Shredded Cabbage

Crushed Garlic

Ginger Juliennes

Slitted Green Chilies

Chopped Shallots

Chicken Stock

Salt

Black Pepper

Oil

Method

1. In a wok heat oil and fry garlic, shallots and ginger juliennes.

2. To the mixture in step 1 add shredded cabbage, black mushrooms, green chilies, salt, black pepper and fry over high heat.

3. Add chicken stock and cook over slow fire. Simmer until cabbage and mushrooms absorb chicken stock.

4. Pour this sauce over pasta.
