Chicken and green peas casserole

Chicken with autumn green peas has that typical buttery flavor. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

Shelled Green Peas

Crushed Ginger

Crushed Garlic

Chopped Tomatoes

Chopped Coriander leaves

Chopped Jalapenos

Lemon Juice

Black Pepper

Salt

Oil

Method

1. Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice. Sear chicken breasts in oil.

2. In the same oil fry together crushed ginger, crushed garlic, peas, chopped tomatoes and jalapeno.

3. Cook the misture in step2 over slow fire for 15 minutes.

4. Add chicken breasts, salt and pepper. Cook covered for 10 minutes.

5. Serve with brown bread or spaghetti.
