Crispy-fried chicken in hot sauce

There are a lots of ways in which you can cook Chicken legs and my favorite remains to be a crispy-fried bit of leg dipped in hot sauce. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

For batter:

Chicken Legs

Cornflour

Black Pepper

Salt

Lemon Juice

Ginger Paste

Egg Whites

Water

For Sauce:

Tomato Puree

Ginger-Garlic Paste

Green Chili Paste

Red Vinegar

Sliced Onions

Sliced Garlic

Chicken stock

Method

1. In a dish whip all the ingredients for the batter and coat the chicken legs with it properly.

2. Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the chicken legs until brown. After they are crisp set them aside.

3. In a wok heat oil and fry chopped onions and Sliced Garlic until transluscent.

4. Add crispy-fried legs and fry for 10 minutes, followed by the add-up of pastes and tomato purees. Cook the legs in the pastes for 15 minutes.

5. Add vinegar, chicken stock and salt. Cook chicken legs for 15 minutes and serve hot with rice.
