Curried Chicken Liver and Potatoes

Chicken liver with potatoes taste simply out of this world. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Chicken Liver

Chopped Potatoes

Chopped Onions

Chopped Green Chilies

Ginger Paste

Garlic Paste

Chopped Tomatoes

Allspice Powder

Red Chili Powder

Salt

Oil

Method

1. In oil fry onions until brown, followed by ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, tomatoes and green chilies.

2. Fry the mixture in Step 1 stirring constantly over slow fire until brown.

3. Add liver and potatoes, followed by allspice powder and salt.

4. Cook over slow fire until the liver and potatoes are done.

5. Serve with rice.
