What about a salad with all the lentils in it. The lentil salad is very famous in East India.

Ingredients
Boiled ChickPeas
Boiled Soybeans
Steamed Yellow Lentil
Steamed Green Lentil
Chopped Tofu
Dash of Oregano
Lettuce
Yogurt and Mint Pesto
Salt
Method
Toss the above ingredients and dress it with Yogurt and Mint paste and salt.
