Fish Paste: Condiments eaten in Indian Villages

The food cooked in village is quite rustic and almost the Indian villagers to thrive on roots, green leaves, lentils and of course drumstick. A cool Indian lunch is usually made of these items and lots of side dishes like summer pickles, condiments and fish pastes.

I am going to share with you the recipe of fish paste, which is best in the summer time.
Ingredients:
Salmon
Onions
Green Chilies
Mustard Oil
Salt
Method
1. Roast Salmon on an open grill, until brown.
2. Separate the bones from the fish.
3. Add onions, green chilies, mustard oil and salt.
4. Make a paste of all these ingredients either with hand or in a pulverizer.
