Five Tips to Tenderize Meats

There are lots of ways to tenderize meat and you can try tips when you got to serve a quick pottage or gravies.

1. Add a piece of raw piece of papaya to the pot.

2. Introduce a broken piece of china clay cup

3. Marinade the meat with vinegar for an hour or two before cooking.

4.Choose the shoulder cuts of pork, beef or lamb as they get cooked easily.

5. Sear the meat before cooking as they open the pores of the meat and tenderize them.

These are some ways to tenderize meat without steaming the meat, before cooking. All the tenderizers should be added while cooking the meat with seasonings or spices.
