Foods paired with vodka might work better than wine-pairing

Flavored vodkas are now reported to expand themselves from cocktails to being a vital ingredient in food items. Modern Spirits Vodka in Monrovia claims that their vodkas are infused with exotic flavours to pair with food ingredients.

Facts apparently elaborate on the concoction of infusing vodka with a variety of fresh ingredients like pears, teas, truffles, candied ginger celery peppercorn vodka to make vodka a workable pair with foodstuffs.

Doubtless, with diners rushing to change their platters with freaky flavours, pairing of foodstuffs with flavoured vodka might be a viable change. Flavored vodkas unlike the flavour profile of wines seem to be more versatile, as the former has more room for experimentation with infusion of a wide variety of exotic flavours.

However, vodka-pairing being new in the culinary industry, requires skill to understand different vodkas and how the infusions would work with different food ingredients.
