Grilled Chicken Breasts

Good food comes when things are given their proper place, same is the case with the meat and the best usage of it. It is better to let meat be meat and not a potato pie. I want to share with you a recipe where we cook chicken with minimum added flavors but maximum juices.

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts

Sliced Onion

Crushed Green chilies

Lemon Juice

Salt

Method

1. Marinade overnight chicken breasts with lime juice, crushed green chilies and salt.

2. Crispy fry onions in oil.

3. Crush them into the marinade and mix it properly.

4. Grill chicken until the top skin is golden brown.

5. Serve chicken with salsa or herbal sauce.
