Happy Holi: Deep-Fried Poha Balls

Poha can be made into exciting appetizers. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Mashed Poha

Mashed Potatoes

Culantro leaves

Eggs

Salt

Oregano

Onion

Ginger

Soda

Method

1. Mash the above ingredients, form balls and deep fry the balls.

2. Eat the appetizers with green chutney.
