Lamb Meat in yogurt and spinach Gravy

Lamb meat taste great with yogurt and cashewnuts. Lets look at the recipe:

Ingredients

Lamb Meat

Hung Yogurt

Spinach Puree

Ginger-garlic Paste

Cumin Powder

Chili Powder

Allspice Powder

Chopped Onions

Chopped Cilantro

Salt

Method

1. Marinate lamb meat with yogurt, spinach puree and chopped cilantro for an hour.

2. In oil fry onions until brown.

3. To it add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder and cumin powder.

4. Fry this paste stirring constantly for 15 minutes.

5. To it add lamb meat and cook until moisture evaporates.

6. Add salt, allspice powder and water.

7. Pressure cook until lamb meat is tender.
