Mushroom and cottage cheese with spinach sauce

Mushrooms go wonderful with spinach and cottage cheese. The recipe is as follows:
penne pasta 7
Ingredients
Button Mushrooms
Spinach Puree
Mashed Cottage Cheese
Crushed Garlic
Chopped Jalapenos
Allspice Powder
Chopped Onions
Salt
Method
1. Fry onions and garlic until brown.
2. Add jalapenos, mushrooms and cottage cheese.
3. Fry the mixture in Step 2 for 10 minutes and season it with allspice powder and salt.
4. To this mixture add spinach puree and cook stirring constant for 15-20minutes.
5. Serve with penne pasta or rice.
