Mushrooms in Mustard Sauce

Mustard is also added to mushrooms to give a nutty, pungent, spicy and saucy flavor. This recipe is very simple and it gets ready in no time.

Ingredients

Chopped Mushrooms

Pureed Tomatoes

Mustard Sauce

Paste of poppy seeds

Fresh Green Chili paste

Salt

Olive Oil

Recipes

1. Fry mushrooms in oil and add all the sauces (mustard, poppy and green chilies)

2. Stir all the ingredients and cover it with a lid, cooking over a low fire and stirring continuously until mushrooms and all the sauces get cooked.

Serve the mushrooms with fried fish fillets and rice.
