Pimento Cheese
Cheese spread is simple blend of cheese, mayonnaise and sweet peppers known across the South as Pimento cheese spread. You need not go to nearby stores to get one for yourself. You can attract your children who are busy with their plays.
Cheese on white bread with the crusts cut off has been a staple of many of us. It's simple, inexpensive and delicious. You can enjoy the cheese as a spread or you can add it to your hot soups and crushed cheese can be used in salads. You can make one at your place.
Grind together: 1/2 lb. cream cheese or 1/2 lb.
2 hard boiled eggs
Set aside.
DRESSING:
1. In saucepan add: 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. vinegar
2. Cook together until thick. Add cheese, eggs, pimento.
3. Blend well.
4. Cool and store
