Pork meat and Eggplant curry

There are lots of ways you can cook pork, but the most heavenly is pork curried with eggplant. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients
Pork Steak
Onions Paste
Red Chili Paste
Sliced Eggplants
Ginger Paste
Cardamom Paste
Nutmeg Paste
Turmeric Powder
Cumin Powder
Chopped Tomatoes
Oil
Salt
Method
1. Heat oil and fry all the pastes together, stirring constantly until brown.
2. Add tomatoes, brinjals and all the spices.
3. Add pork meat and cook on slow temperature until the moisture evaporates.
4. Add water and salt. Stir well and pressure-cook until the meat is tender.
5. Check the consistency of the gravy, garnish it with steamed broccoli and serve with rice.
