Steamed Fish and Vegetable Casserole

In summer, cooking should be aimed to give you maximum nutrition and flavor, without adding a lot of heat or artificial flavors. This is achieved only when the foods are steamed and all the extra cooking, or cooking with bolder flavors is cut down. Steamed foods are made in the simplest way possible to retain the natural fluids of the foods that are cooked.

Today, I am going to give you the recipe of Indian Steamed Fish and Vegetable Casserole.

Ingredients

Tuna and Shrimp Flakes

Broccoli florets

Chopped Potatoes

Green Beans

Mustard Sauce

Chopped Tomatoes

Green Chilies Paste

Crushed Garlic

Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Dash of Olive Oil

Method

Mix all the above ingredients and pour it in your vegetable steamer. Steam for 15 minutes. Accompany the casserole with boiled rice.
