Stewed Lamb meat with sweet potatoes

Steaming stew of sweet potatoes can really set you warm this fall. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients
Sweet Potato (chunks)
Lamb Meat
Bay Leaves
Chopped Onions
Crushed Ginger
Slitted Green Chilies
Black Peppercorns
Cinnamon Stick
Allspice Powder
Tomatoes
Parsley
Salt
Method
1. In hot oil add bay leaves, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick ginger and green chilies.
2. Add lamb meat, tomatoes and salt.
3. Cook until the moisture evaporates. Add allspice powder and salt.
4. Pressure cook until meat is tender. To this add sweet potatoes and parsley.
5. Pressure cook unti the poatatoes are tender.
6. Serve it with boiled rice.
