I simply love duck meat cooked with peas and soaked in a tomato-herb sauce.

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Boiled Peas

Shredded Cabbage

Chopped Duck Meat

Chopped Onion

Black Pepper Powder

Tomato Puree

Crushed Garlic

Green chili Paste

Crushed Oregano

Dried Basil

Cinnamon Powder

Butter

Cornflour

Stock of duck meat

Salt

Method

1. For making sauce in a pan take butter and cornflour and make roux.

2. In a heavy-bottomed pan take butter and fry garlic until brown. To it add strained tomato puree and stock of duck-meat, and cook for some time.

3. Season it with oregano, basil and cinammon powder. To this mixture add roux and simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.

4. In a separate wok heat some more butter and fry onions until crisp and brown.

5. To it add meat and fry until brown. Add all the veggies, seasonings and cook until the veggies and meat is done.

6. To this mixture of veggies and meat add tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Serve it over pasta or noodles.
