Summer Feast: Stuffed Yellow Bell Pepper with Prawns

I am back with my recipes on summer foods and I want to continue with summer veggies. Today I am going to tell you about yellow bell pepper. Yellow Bell Pepper are best when stuffed and grilled. I wanna stuff them with prawns today:

Ingredients

Shelled, deveined Prawns

Ginger-Garlic Paste

Turmeric Powder

Tomato Puree

All spices Powder

Cored Yellow Bell Pepper

Mashed Potatoes.

Method

1. Saute prawn in turmeric and salt. In a separate wok fry onions, ginger-garlic paste, all spice powder, tomato puree and salt. Fry this paste for 15 minutes, add prawn and mashed potatoes and fry for 10 more minutes.

2. stuff it into the bell peppers and bake them or grill them until the skin of the pepper becomes brown and shrinks off from the top.
